Intero Healing

Courageous

Expressive

Connection

Many of us have developed negative beliefs about ourselves because we grew up feeling that our emotions were too big, too much, or not enough for the people and world around us. This leads us to feeling a near constant sense of shame and anxiety about who we are, causing us to shrink in order to be loved.

I believe that healing is about expansion, which means taking up space, giving ourselves permission to feel deeply, loudly and finding the courage to become our most “expressed” self.

I seek to create a container that is big enough to hold all parts of you, the messy, the wounded the wild and the imperfect. Through this process I hope to help you to build a container within yourself that is big enough for all of you to be seen loved and expressed.

I offer relational, depth oriented, trauma-focused therapy centered around helping you to reconnect with the parts of yourself you have lost and finding the courage to step into the person you want to be.

Our approach

“Let everything happen to you: the beauty and the terror. Just keep going. No feeling is final.” -Rainer Maria Rilke
