OUR TEAM
Marina Fowler LCSW, MSW
Marina received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in trauma, attachment, and addiction. She was originally drawn to the therapeutic space through her interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration as a way of healing from trauma, addiction, and other mental health challenges. Through this work, she came to understand that while psychedelics can be a meaningful tool for insight and healing, insight doesn’t always translate into action—and action is essential for creating change.
This perspective has shaped Marina’s approach to therapy. She believes there is no single path to healing and that meaningful growth often involves exploring different approaches, developing greater self-awareness, and finding the tools that are most supportive for each individual. Her goal is to help clients create meaningful, courageous change while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their capacity for growth.
Marina has extensive experience working with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, addiction, disordered eating, sexual health, attachment and relational concerns, family conflict, relational trauma, chronic illness, stress, and persistent pain.
In her practice, Marina’s work is centered around guiding individuals to tap into their own intuitive wisdom, learn to hold space for the ambiguity & absurdity of life and feel safe to be their most expressed selves. Her goal is to provide her clients with a variety of therapeutic tools to help them to meet their own needs outside of therapy as well build resilience in the face of life’s many challenges.
