OUR SERVICES
Psychotherapy
At Intero Healing, we offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, chronic illness or pain, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck trying to keep up with the demands of late-stage capitalism, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and resilient. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, tailoring therapy to your unique needs.
Healing doesn’t always have to be arduous or heavy. Alongside tending to the past, we make space for joy, play, connection, and ease in the present.Healing can be about more than getting through hard things—it can be about creating a life that feels more fully yours.
We offer In-person and virtual Services.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing and traumatic experiences, along with the negative beliefs they may have developed about themselves as a result. EMDR helps the mind and body work through experiences that may still feel unresolved or “stuck.”
Therapy Intensives offer a more focused and concentrated approach for those who are ready to dive deeper into the experiences and patterns contributing to their current sense of dis-ease. With more time together, we can slow down, go deeper, and work through difficult emotions and experiences without having to fit the process into a traditional weekly session.
Together, we’ll identify the areas that need the most attention and clarify where you want to grow. We’ll make space for your current struggles, process past experiences that may still be affecting you, and build a greater sense of clarity and possibility for the future.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Ketamine-assisted therapy at Intero Healing integrates psychotherapy with the therapeutic potential of low-dose ketamine. This approach may benefit individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and other forms of persistent emotional distress.
For some individuals, ketamine can create distance from entrenched thought patterns and negative beliefs, allowing for greater psychological flexibility and new perspectives on themselves and their experiences. Our work includes preparation, supported ketamine sessions, and intentional integration to help translate these experiences into meaningful therapeutic progress.
While ketamine may facilitate insight and new possibilities, lasting change requires reflection and action. Integration is a central part of treatment, helping you process what emerges and incorporate new insights into everyday life.
Psychedelic Integration
So often people report feeling that psychedelics can feel like having “10 years of therapy in one sitting”. The problem however, is 10 years of therapy is not 10 years of action. Integration is a process of turning those insights into action. Integration work is centered around navigating the “in-between” of who we are and who we want to become. Together we will discuss your values, your experience and help you to take small steps to start moving toward yourself instead of away.
Integration work is rooted in intention. Instead of simply building new habits after big experiences, we focus on building daily rituals that will help you to reconnect with yourself and the experience you had, because the only difference between a habit and a ritual is intention.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a therapeutic approach for individuals experiencing persistent or chronic pain. PRT is based on the understanding that pain can be influenced by the brain’s interpretation of sensory signals, as well as psychological and nervous system factors.
Treatment focuses on increasing understanding of the pain experience, reducing fear and threat responses associated with pain, and developing skills to respond to pain sensations with greater safety and less distress. Through structured therapeutic interventions, clients work toward reducing pain-related disability and improving daily functioning and quality of life.
Retreats
The demands of everyday life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in familiar patterns. Therapeutic retreats offer intentional time and space to step away, slow down, and attend to the emotions, relationships, and parts of ourselves that often get pushed aside.
Facilitated by licensed mental health professionals, our retreats combine therapeutic group work, reflection, and connection within a supportive community. This space allows you to explore what may be asking for your attention, reconnect with yourself and others, and gain clarity about what you need moving forward.
There is something uniquely healing about being witnessed and understood by others. Through connection and community, we can practice vulnerability, work through shame, and create space for meaningful growth and change.
Group Therapy
“We are wounded in relationships, and we are healed in relationships.”
At Intero Healing, we believe meaningful healing can happen in connection with others. Our therapeutic groups offer a supportive space to share experiences, deepen self-understanding, and develop skills to help you build resilience and move forward.
With guidance from skilled therapists, group members are invited to practice vulnerability, develop healthier ways of relating and coping, and receive support from others who may share similar experiences. Being witnessed and understood within a compassionate group can help reduce shame, build confidence, and foster a deeper sense of belonging.
Our groups provide a safe and inclusive space to build meaningful connection while developing the insight and skills needed for change.
